Colorado and it's crazy weather, gives you the chance to either experience eating ice cream during very cold or very hot temperatures. With this unstable weather pattern we are experiencing lately, it gives me the chance to go out and enjoy some yummy ice cream. With everyone always asking "what is your favorite flavor", most people reply with the generic "Chocolate", "Vanilla", or "Coffee". Exploring the ice cream shops around Fort Collins, led me to a crazy flavor, which was created by a sixth grade student. The flavor was Pomegranate Cheesecake, yes i know the first thought is ewe, who would ever try that, but since I always get the regular flavors I thought I'd try it. It is amazing, filled with this fresh tasting flavor, if you are ever in Fort Collins and want to enjoy a weird sounding ice cream, but yet delicious go visit Pioneer Ice Cream!
